Platinum Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Inc. provides one on one physical therapy care without the use of aides or assistants to a wide variety of patients with orthopedic, neurological, and pelvic health concerns.
Members of our physical therapy staff implement plans of care for our patients and maintain a presence within the community to educate them about the role of physical therapy in the healthcare system. Our team is dynamic, committed to lifelong learning, and engaging with our patients. Our Ashland location houses our pelvic floor and lymphedema programs.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Implement and carry out physical therapy plan of care in one-on-one 40 minute time slots for evaluations and treatments
- Open 56 patient slots/week (37.5 treatment hours with lunchtime allocated) divided between pelvic floor and orthopedics as determined by therapist and clinic manager
- Manage one’s own schedule through waitlists and communication with front desk
- Engage with the local community at large through 1-2 local marketing events per year
- Complete necessary documentation and chart review as needed
- Participate in continuing education requirements of maintaining a professional license in the state of Massachusetts
- Maintain a clean, organized clinic for patient care
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Willingness to learn and lead by example
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Maintain a positive attitude with patients and staff
- Use of computer for documentation and communication with patients and staff
Education and Experience:
- Graduate degree in Physical Therapy required
- Continuing education in pelvic floor rehabilitation required
- Active physical therapy license in good standing in the Commonwealth of MA
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics physical therapy setting preferred

Education: postgraduate degree
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Physical Therapy required;
- Continuing education in pelvic floor rehabilitation required;
