Could You Be Our Next Outstanding Physical Therapist?
We at Platinum Physical Therapy know that when you decided to become a physical therapist, your number one goal was to help people get back to living the life they love. Our mission is to provide one on one care to each and every patient without double bookings or the use of aides or assistants. We also strongly believe that this can be done without sacrificing the life our employees want to live outside of the office.

Founding Principle
James established Platinum Physical Therapy in 2004 with the vision of creating a practice that prioritizes both the well-being of patients and the professional fulfillment of physical therapists. His goal was to foster an environment that not only makes it possible to deliver higher quality of care but also promotes greater job satisfaction for himself and his team.
While studying Kinesiology and Psychology at The University of Colorado James received physical therapy for a knee injury. After three weeks of doing the three exercises he was given by his therapist, James’ knee was better and he was intrigued by the profession. James went on to study physical therapy at Nova Southeastern University in South Florida before beginning practicing in Boston.

Our Mission
Platinum Physical Therapy lives by our mission to help patients take ownership of their health through personalized, creative, and compassionate movement care. In every 40‑minute one-on-one session, our dedicated team actively listens, educates, and updates treatment in real time. We are anchored in integrity, honesty, and a sense of community so that individuals can achieve their goals and live a stronger, more fulfilled life.
Our Core Values:
- Integrity & Honesty: Be transparent, trustworthy, and ethical to your patients and coworkers
- Active Listening & Education: Prioritize understanding, teaching, and empowering patients to take ownership of their recovery
- Innovation & Creativity: Continually challenge yourself through lifelong learning to provide the best evidence-based care for your patients
- Empathy & Compassion: Connect deeply with the needs and experiences of your patients and coworkers so that they feel truly heard and valued
- Community & Family: Nurture a sense of belonging within the office and in the communities that we serve
How do we accomplish this:
20+ years of physical therapist ownership:
James Casady opened Platinum Physical Therapy in 2004 as a place where employee and patient needs would be the primary focus, not productivity. Our therapists live in the communities we serve, so we strive to treat every patient like we would our neighbors.
One-on-one care with every patient:
We know through 20 years of experience that patients want time with their clinicians. In a fast-paced medical system that prioritizes units over people, we choose to be a place where each patient gets individualized attention every session. That means no double bookings or make-up hours when you take time off, ever.
Focus on culture:
Platinum Physical Therapy hires clinical and administrative staff who live by our mission and values so that we can foster an encouraging workplace that makes people want to come in each day. Our leadership team is onsite each day to listen to employee concerns and celebrate team wins.
Competitive benefits:
We offer a variety of benefits including health insurance, 401k with matching, paid time off, paid sick time, student loan reimbursement, continuing education reimbursement, maternity/paternity leave, and more dollars/patient treated due to the lower volume caseload.
