Your Role as Clinic Manager
You will balance leadership responsibilities with direct patient care—guiding your team, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining the high standards that define Platinum Physical Therapy. You’ll contribute not only to individual patient success but also to the long-term growth and success of the clinic.
Compensation
Base Salary: $94,000 – $104,000 annually

Education: postgraduate degree
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Physical Therapy required
- Active Physical Therapist license in good standing in Massachusetts
- Previous management experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting preferred
Skills:
- Willingness to learn and lead by example
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Maintain a positive attitude with patients and staff
- Use of computer for documentation and communication with patients and staff
Responsibilities:
- Implement and carry out physical therapy plan of care in one-on-one 40-minute time slots for evaluations and treatments
- Open 56 patient slots per week (37.5 treatment hours with lunch time allocated)
- Manage one’s own schedule through waitlists and communication with front desk
- Engage with the local community at large through 1-2 local marketing events per year
- Complete necessary documentation and chart review as needed within and outside of patient treatment hours
- Participate in continuing education requirements of maintaining a professional license in the state of Massachusetts
- Maintain a clean, organized clinic for patient care
