In every 40-minute one-on-one session, our team actively listens, educates, and updates treatment in real time. One-on-One Care in Every Session
Our mission is to provide one-on-one care to each and every patient, without double bookings and without the use of aides or assistants. You will spend each evaluation and treatment session with the person in front of you, listening closely, educating them about their condition, and adjusting the plan of care as you learn more. We also strongly believe this can be done without sacrificing the life you want to live outside of the office.
Our team is anchored in integrity, honesty, and a sense of community, and we ask each therapist to bring a willingness to learn and lead by example. You will manage your own schedule by communicating with the front desk, and you will complete your documentation and chart review within and outside of patient treatment hours. Each of those pieces reflects how much responsibility we trust our therapists to carry: helping individuals reach their goals and live a stronger, more fulfilled life. You will also engage with the local community through one to two local marketing events per year, helping your neighbors learn what one-on-one care looks like.
Treating Inside The GYM @ Milford
Our Milford location is housed inside of The GYM @ Milford, which gives you full access to the gym’s specialty equipment, including strength and cardio equipment, a turf runway, and plenty of open space for exercise prescription. The Milford clinic is set up to support the way we treat, so the tools you need for your patients are close at hand. Working inside the gym means exercise prescription can happen in the same space where many of your patients already train, using the strength and cardio equipment, the turf runway, and the open space the gym offers.
Our patients here vary across the lifespan but tend to be active members of The GYM community. That gives you the chance to build strong relationships with the personal trainers and members of the gym community, and to see your patients return to the activities and routines they care about most.
Compensation:
- $80,000 to $95,000 per year

Education: postgraduate degree
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Physical Therapy required
- Active Physical Therapist license in good standing in Massachusetts
- Previous experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting preferred
Skills:
- Willingness to learn and lead by example
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude with patients and staff
- Ability to use a computer for documentation and communication with patients and staff
Responsibilities:
- Implement and carry out physical therapy plans of care in one-on-one 40-minute evaluation and treatment sessions
- Manage your own schedule through communication with the front desk
- Engage with the local community through 1–2 local marketing events per year
- Complete necessary documentation and chart review within and outside of patient treatment hours
- Participate in continuing education requirements for maintaining a professional license in Massachusetts
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic for patient care
