Platinum Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Inc. is a physical therapist owned company that provides one on one care without the use of aides or assistants to a wide variety of patients with orthopedic, neurological, and pelvic health concerns.
We are currently looking for a full-time physical therapist to join our outstanding team of PTs in our Rehoboth, MA location. Our Rehoboth location is conveniently located on Route 44 next to Dunkin Donuts. The Rehoboth clinic is in a tight knit farm community located just 20 minutes outside of Providence, Rhode Island. The clinic has been open since 2015 and boasts Lucy, the labradoodle, as the clinic’s first employee. The facility includes three private treatment rooms and an open gym space. We offer treatment for pelvic floor concerns, TMJ pain, Parkinson’s rehab, along with typical orthopedic and neurologic conditions. We have an Alter G treadmill to use where appropriate, as well as Graston tools, cupping sets, and a Blood Flow Restriction Unit. Employee/staff appreciation and recognition is a strong focus – we offer monthly lunches at the clinic, as well as monthly rewards. At Platinum Physical Therapy we prioritize our staff having work-life harmony, so we never double book appointments and have web-based NetHealth as our EMR to reduce documentation time!
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Implement and carry out physical therapy plan of care in one-on-one 40 minute time slots for evaluations and treatments
- Open 56 patient slots/week (37.5 treatment hours with lunch time allocated)
- Manage one’s own schedule through waitlists and communication with front desk
- Engage with the local community at large through 1-2 local marketing events per year
- Complete necessary documentation and chart review as needed within and outside of patient treatment hours
- Participate in continuing education requirements of maintaining a professional license in the state of Massachusetts
- Maintain a clean, organized clinic for patient care
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Willingness to learn and lead by example
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Maintain a positive attitude with patients and staff
- Use of computer for documentation and communication with patients and staff
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Physical Therapy required
- Active physical therapy license in good standing in the Commonwealth of MA
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics physical therapy setting preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical demands of role of physical therapist including manual therapies, exercise demonstration, and guarding for safety
- Computer use for documentation, email, and marketing
- Lifting and carrying of marketing materials and clinic supplies

Compensation:
- $75,000 – $95,000
